He is survived by: his wife Sandra Stecher of Patrick's Catholic Church; his sons, Justin Harper (Jenny) of Columbus and Jonathan Harper (Abbie) of Commerce, Texas; his granddaughter Alexandra Harper of Mission, Kansas; his sons, Reagan, Madison, Andrew Harper of Columbus, Georgia, Hudson and Hayes Harper of Commerce, Texas; his sisters, Sally Harper Williams (Eric) of Lewisville and Beth Harper Hubbert (John) of Sherman, Texas; his brother-in-law Steve Stecher (Danna) of Austin, Texas; and his uncle Ralph Pittman of Los Angeles. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
