He was predeceased by : his parents, John Hejna and Mary Hejna; his wife Edith Pauline Hejna; his siblings, George, Merle Hejna and Mary Hejna; his stepdaughter Janet Bowen (Hershal); his son Eugene; and his stepson Gene Simon.
He is survived by : his stepchildren, Bill Simon (Karen), David Simon, Brenda Gill (Michael) and Elizabeth Williams. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 10 great, great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Midway Cemetery.
