He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Henry Diener and Lillian Marie Diener (Houghten); his wife Jean Diener; his daughter Pamela Gaston (George); his granddaughter Abbi Diener; and his siblings, Leslie Diener, David Diener, Timothy Diener and Corinne Zienert.
He is survived by: his children, Bradford (Diann Diener), Douglas (Deborah) and Judy Li Anne (Arthur Rocha); and his grandchildren, Mary, Taylor, Heather, Brandy, Hannah, Bradford and John. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
