He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Blackmore and Gladys Blackmore; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Parsons; and his siblings, Rob of Richmond, Bill of Goodwell, OK., Peggy Lasater of Denton, Carla Tankersley of Round Rock, TX and Janelle Cochran (Harold) of Perryton, TX.
