He is survived by: his wife Cheryl of Oplin, Texas; his parents, Joe Galvan and Kathy Galvan of Anson, Texas; his father-in-law Jim Morris of Grants Pass, Oregon; his children, Kamryn Adams (David) of Oplin, Texas, Gilbert Calderon (Kelly) of Temple, Texas and Alisyn Smoot of Oplin, Texas; his grandchildren, Ian Swindle of Rindge, David Adams, Jr. of Oplin, Barrett Calderon of Temple, Texas and Abigail Adams of Oplin, Texas; and his brothers, Conner and Chance Galvan of Anson. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
