He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Hernandez and Carolina Hernandez; and his brother Joseph Hernandez. He is survived by: his siblings, Roy Hernandez Sr., Marylou Rangel (Jesse), Sandra De Le Garza (Danny) and Richard Hernandez (Alma).
