She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bassetti and Olga Harris Bassetti; her husband Michael Ted Noe, Sr.; and her brothers, William Hart Charles Bassetti and Colonel Robert Dalton Bassetti.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley, Michael Ted Noe, Jr. and Marie Olga Noe.
