It is with sadness that the passing of Stephanie Rose Matchett of Abilene, Texas is shared. Stephanie Rose, born on August 2, 1946, passed away on September 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammuel Matchett and Lessie Jaggars; and her siblings, Bill Matchett, Roma Wood and Linda Schaumleffel.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer McKee (Rickey); her granddaughters, Stephanie Wilkins and Amanda Daniel (Jenus); and her great grandchildren, Dalton, Colton and Samuel.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Wylie Methodist Church (3430 Antilley Rd, Abilene, TX 79606).

Memorials may be given to Abilene State Supported Living Center Volunteer Services.
