He is survived by: his wife April Burton Finlay; his sons, Matt Finlay of Midland and Doug Finlay (Lindy) of San Angelo; his sister Susan Lassiter (Steve) of Abilene; his grandchildren, John Lavario, Tyler Finlay, Shelby, Taylor Waters, Charlie White and Gage Finlay; his great grandchild Addyson; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Jenkins, Brooke Gallimore, Bo Edwards and Justin Jenkins; and his sister-in-law Rose Ann Pratt.
