She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Howard Worthington and Birdie Wood Worthington; her husband Dale; and her sister Doris. She is survived by: her brothers, T. H., Jr. (Elizabeth) and Gary (Beverly); her children, Timothy Dale and Ivonete Carter; her grandsons, Joshua and Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Christian and Thais (Greg); her grandchildren, Danielle (Daniel), Joel and Renee Carter; her great grandchildren, Lily, Noah and Eli; her grandchildren, Jonathan and Joana Carter; her great grandchildren, Leydjenne and Ashley; and her children, Regina and Samuel. She is also survived by family members; and by her many friends.
