He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill McDonald and Joyce McDonald; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Glenda McCandless McDonald; his children, Shelby McDonald, Shay Long, Jansen and Emily McDonald; his sisters, Glenda McMahan (Doug), Debbie Ford (Charles) and Pam Ulcak (Philip); and his grandchildren, Summer, Slayden, Scout, Stratton Long, Charlie, Theodore and Carter McDonald.
