She is survived by: her children, Vernessa Kay Franklin and Toriano Adarryll Holder (Mandisa); her grandchildren, Marcques Jamal Moore, Jordan Holder, Toriano Adarryll Holder Jr., Jeremiah Holder, Joshua Holder and Judea Holder; her great grandchildren, Marcques Jamal Moore Jr., Marcquia Moore, Melanie Moore and Shane Moore; her siblings, Tyree Jones and James Jones; her aunt Lula Thomas; and her cousin Berta Sue Sherwood.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Elmwood Funeral Home (5750 US-277, Abilene, TX 79606).
