He is survived by: his children, DeeDee Penns, Timothy Penns Jr. and Kimberly Penns; his grandchildren, Marquise Booker, Jacolby Booker, Elaziah Booker, Alexia Williams, Qwaveon Moore-Williams and Aaliyah Williams; his great grandchildren, E'Siyah Turner, Tytus Turner and Kyngston Carroll; and his siblings, Rev. John J. Penns (Sharon), Rev. Andrew L. Penns, Clarence E. Penns (Alice), Sarah Patton (Chris) and Marilyn Scott (Carl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
