She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Underwood and Sibyl Underwood of Eastland County, Texas.; her husband Sam Gorman of Abilene; her brother Milton Underwood; her sister-in-law Verna Dean Underwood of Eastland; her sister Monda Oldham of Searcy; and her siblings-in-law, Delores Underwood of Lake Brownwood, Kenneth Powell of Gorman, J. D. Gorman, Bess Gorman of Spokane, John Louis Gorman, Norma Gorman of Dallas, Tommy Gorman, Clara Gorman of Baird, Mart Gorman, Verna Gorman of Kingsland, Dan Gorman, Dot Gorman of Zephyr, Don Gorman, Louise Gorman of San Angelo, Garlon Sampson, Elsie Sampson of Clyde and Bill Gorman of Baird.
She is survived by: her siblings, Don Underwood of Lake Brownwood and Edna Ann Powell of Gorman; her brother-in-law Bill Oldham of Searcy; her children, Wes Gorman (Melissa) of Abilene and Cindy Hardin (Mike Hardin) of Abilene; and her grandchildren, Jason Gorman (Kami Gorman) of Eula, Grant Gorman of Abilene, Colt Gregg of Abilene and Mikalyn Gregg of Abilene. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, and a host of loving nieces and nephews.
