He was predeceased by: his parents, Monsour Casper and Sadie George Casper; his siblings, Dr. Joseph Casper, Thomas Casper, Freda Rusiecki and Madeline Churilla; his in-laws, Lewis and Doris Peterson; and his siblings-in-law, Janie, Sandy Peterson, Butch, Robert and Gary Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Casper; his children, David Casper (Robin) and Brandy Porter (Keith); his grandchildren, Justin Ray (Alisha), Brookelyn Casper, Kyla Porter, Harley Casper and Kinley Corley; his great grandchildren, Nolan and Sonny Ray; his brothers, Dr. Edmund Casper (Mary Colleen) and James Casper; his nieces and nephews, Stacy Tastad (Chris), Heather Peterson, Chad and Mikel Peterson; and his friends, Jerry and Joyce Sanders.
