With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virgil Doyle Terry of Abilene, Texas, born in San Saba, Texas, who passed away on June 9, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Terry and Trula Terry; his sister Nelda Hawkins; his wife Virginia Shore Terry; and his sons, Mark and Kurt Terry.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Melton; his granddaughters, Leslie Terry, Lonna Terry, Lauren Fields, Ashley Terry, Nikki Bartley and Brittany Snow; his great grandchildren, Preston, Anna, Rebecca, Clara, Ryan, Tracen, Saria, Aurora, Harlee, Evangeline and Zachary; and his nephews, Brian Hawkins and Byron Hawkins.
