He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Swaim and Jackie Swaim; his wife Jeanette Swaim; his brother Michael Swaim; and his nephew Adam Swaim.
He is survived by: his brother David Swaim (Kathy); his daughters, Kimberly Stinnett (Randy Legate) and Jamie Golden; his grandchildren, Sierra Sudberry, Logan Stinnett and Jaleigh Sudberry; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Walker Medford. He is also survived by several nieces, aunts, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamil Family Funeral Home (6449 Buffalo Gap Rd, Abilene, TX 79606). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
