He was predeceased by: his parents, Erby Edward Dockery and Marjorie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Dockery; his stepchildren, Thomas Mantooth, James, Luann Mantooth, Lori and Bill Lau; and his grandchildren, Whitney, James, Allison, Lauren, Alex, Ryan Kelly, Brianna, Robert, Andrew, Jonathon and Abby.
Memorials may be given to Hendrick Hospice and Meals on Wheels.
