He is survived by: his wife Lois Powell; his children, Laurie Powell and William Powell Jr.; his grandchildren, Nicholas Powell (JoAnna), Thomas Crim (Heather), Deron Crim (Kelly) and Phillip Elder (Tammy); and his siblings, Fred Powell Jr., Ruby Davis, Shirley Hurst and Beverly Powell. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
