She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Phemister and Ozell Phemister (Bishop); her daughter Dr. B. Leigh Browning; and her sister Mattie Lincoln. She is survived by: her husband Garland Brock of Abilene; and her children, Brett Browning of Tucson, Michelle Hughes (Dave) of Springtown and Steffanie Joseph of Canyon. She is also survived by five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
