She is survived by: her children, Irma Caballero (Rey), Miguel Cano (Jessica), Javier Jaime Cano (Estela), Rebecca Nava (Juan), Marina Olivarez (Leopoldo) and Jose Cano. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A prayer was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel (311 E Expressway 83, San Juan, TX 78589). A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Val Verde Memorial Gardens (6200 N Val Verde Rd, Donna, TX 78537).
