He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Russell Yates. He is survived by: his mother Dellie Anita Allen Yates of Rotan; his wife Rosario "Carla" Yates of Alba; his children, Aubrey Yates of Aztec, NM, Diane Nabo (Yates), Luier Ramos (Yates), Bobby Mark Yates of Alba and Rolando Frank Yates of Alba; and his brother Russell Yates of Rotan. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
