He is survived by: his sister Helen Sanders (William Sanders); his son Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Debbie Simmons; his sons, Bobby Simmons and Danny Simmons; and his granddaughter Laura Mares. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
