He was predeceased by : his parents, Marvin Edward and Mattie Lee Redd (Harlow); and his siblings, Billy James Redd and Alta Faye Griswold. He is survived by : his wife Faye Redd of Alba; his children, Troy Redd Jr. (Sherry) of Mesquite and Sandra Bland (Troy) of Orangefield; and his grandchildren, Andrea, Alicia, Travis, Jason and Cody. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family members and friends.
