He is survived by: his son David Chester; his wife Susan Wiley; his son Phillip Wiley (Monica); his granddaughter Elizabeth "DNeen" Mimms; his sister Helen Marie Hyles (Terry); and his sister-in-law Diane Wiley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
