He is survived by: his father Cecil Finley Owens of Gray, TN; his wife Sheryl Miller of Aledo, TX; his daughter Kimberly; his son-in-law Brandon Carter of Aledo, TX; his son Kenneth J. Miller of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Kiera Carter, Kesley Carter, Zachary Miller and Haylee Hammes; and his sister-in-law Becky Brock. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.
