He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio Carrillo Sr. and Esther Perez Carrillo; his siblings, Jose Gilberto Carrillo Sr., Horacio Carrillo Sr., Oscar Carrillo Sr., Raul Carrillo, Minerva Guerrero and Artemia Otra; and his children, Celia Carrillo and Arnoldo Carrillo Jr. (Alice).
He is survived by: his wife Amelia Magdalena Perez; and his children, Marta Villanueva (Mando), Ludivina Aguilar, JoAnn Gonzalez (Luis), Jose Eusebio Carrillo (Veronica), Carlos Ricardo Carrillo, Sylvia Carrillo-Trevino (Robert), Mary Esther Carrillo, Mary Alice Carrillo, Laura Cuellar, Joe Angel, Cynthia Carrillo, Christina Cox, Pablo Cuellar, Vanessa Guerra and Roland Guerra. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
