He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Talkington and Madelyn Talkington; his sister Priscilla Talkington; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Mary; his siblings-in-law, Robert Lee, Teddy, Jenks, George, Donald and Georgie; and his sibling's children, Kayla, Tina, Mike and Bo.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; his sons, Bill (LaDonna) and Kevin (Juana); his grandchildren, Summer and Wade; his siblings-in-law, Jim, Harry, Nita, Anna Mae, Sarah, Annette and Sylvia; and his friend Beto Saenz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause close to Billy's heart.
