He is survived by: his children, Steven Galvan (Belinda) of Alice, Leonard Galvan III (Esther) of Alice and Veronica Galvan of Corpus Christi; his grandchildren, Leonard IV (Iris) of Corpus Christi, Kimberly Galvan of Corpus Christi, Kirsten Lozano (Oscar) of Alice, Michael Galvan (Marina) of Alice, Ryan Galvan of Alice, John Garcia (Sabrina) of Alice, Victoria Garcia (Alex) of Alice, Tyler Price of Corpus Christi, Marcus Price of Corpus Christi, Amanda Galvan of Alice, John David Escoto of Alice, Jacob Perez of Alice, Mark Daniel Galvan of Alice, Maegan Galvan of Alice, Kendra Garcia of Tilden Texas, Nicholas Villarreal of Alice, Texas and Noah Villarreal of Alice, Texas; his sister Janie Revilla, Sr. (Roger) of San Antonio, Texas; and his stepsons, Danny Galvan (Dee Dee) of Alice, TX and David Galvan (Mary). He is also survived by his family, baseball family, and friends.
