She was predeceased by: her parents, Freely Skyles and Virginia Dallas; her husband Bruce Heard; her son Glen Heard; her granddaughter Teri Lizbeth Heard; and her siblings, Sue Dallas, Tom and Jack Dallas.

She is survived by: her son Bruce (Yvonne Heard); her daughter-in-law Karen Heard of Tuscola, Texas; her grandchildren, Casey, Matt Fisher of Blanket, Garret Heard of Wala Wala, Sara Heard of Balenger, Trey Heard of Tuscola, Billy, Val Lantrip of San Antonio, Ben and Raley Lantrip; her great grandchildren, Skyler Fischer of Blanket, Haylee Coplin (Robert) of San Angelo, Allyson Leigh (Carson) of Aubry, Bryson and Bryor Gergory of Balenger, Texas; and her great great grandchild Bennett Leigh of Aubry, Texas. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
