He is survived by: his wife Celia Deanne Kaiser; his children, Kandace Khea Fox (Sean) and Robert Duwayne Kaiser, III (Niki); his grandchildren, Kloe Khea Fox, Samuel Wiley Fox, Robert Duwayne "Cuatro" Kaiser, IV and Elliette Dawn Kaiser; his siblings, Karl Erich Kaiser (Frances), Terry Kaiser Cooper (Sam) and George Emil Kaiser; his mother-in-law Elmira Battarbee McNiel; and his brothers-in-law, Clinton E. McNiel, Jr. (Amelia) and Charles Lee McNiel (Lydia). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
