He is survived by: his children, Joshua Smith Rodriguez of Willard, Jared Smith Rodriguez of Willard and Jessica Smith Rodriguez Trukovich (Erick) of Ashland, Ohio; and his siblings, Diana C. Rodriguez Dalton (James), Danny Cardenas Rodriguez, Rodrigo Cardenas Rodriguez Jr. and David Cardenas Rodriguez. He is also survived by Six Granddaughters, Four Grandsons, One Great Grandson, One Step Grandson and One Step Granddaughter.
