He is survived by: his parents, Roel B. Garza and Maria C. Rivera (Mario); his spouse Guadalupe M. Garza (Lupita); and his siblings, Roel R. Garza (Sandra) of Killeen, Texas, Rogelio Garza (Diana) of Brownsville, Texas and Esmeralda Soza (Roel) of Alice, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles.
