He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Capehart (Evans). He is survived by: his father Ronald Capehart; his wife Jenny Capehart of Allen, Texas; his children, Jordyn Anthony (Jeremy) of McKinney, Texas, Sydney Capehart of Allen, Texas and Drew Capehart of Allen, Texas; his grandchildren, Austyn Anthony and Hayes Anthony; his brother Jeff Capehart (Chelsea); and his in-law Ron Webb (Cheryl).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's association, a cause close to the family's heart.
