He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Davis Crabtree and William Elmer Crabtree; his daughter Sherie Crabtree Dooley; and his brother Pete. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Crabtree; his children, Steven Crabtree (Kimberly) and Denise Crabtree; his stepson Tom Milburn (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Amy, Kelly, Johnathan, Jennifer, Alexia, Claire and Vivian. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
