He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Finley and Jewel Hinds Finley; his wife Eva Finley; and his son Randal Finley. He is survived by: his daughter Rhena Lang (Jeff) of Richardson, Texas; his grandsons, Andy Lang (Anne) of Starkville, Mississippi and Todd Lang of Aubrey, Texas; and his great grandchildren, Margaret Lang and Jamie Lang of Starkville, Mississippi.
