He is survived by : his wife Margaret Louise McIntire; his sons, Greg Mueller and Jeff; his grandchildren, Wesley and Callie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Lacey, Trinity McIntire, Christopher and Clydell Colbath.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Restland Memorial Park (13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75081). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 9th 2024 at the same location.
