He is survived by: his wife Pamela Best of Allen, Texas; his children, Angela Best Rotello (Paul) of Frisco, Texas, Sherry Best Hines (Stephen) of Frisco, Texas and Brad Best (Patra) of Stafford, Virginia; his grandchildren, Radd Rotello (Tawny), Jackson Rotello, Madeleine Hines and Preston Hines; his great grandchildren, William Rotello and Ava Rotello; his brother Richard "Dick" Best (Karyn) of Greer; and his sister-in-law Suellen Best of Tryon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other loving family and friends.
