He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Waters. He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne Freiburg, Linda Morales and Herlinda Dutchover; his son William Scott Waters; his grandchildren, Arya, Anabelle and Zachary Waters; and his close friend Sydney Powell.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Alpine Memorial Funeral Home (209 W Sul Ross Ave, Alpine, TX 79830). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elm Grove Cemetery.
