He was predeceased by : his parents, Johnny Cecil Thomas and Ora Imerree Shirley. He is survived by : his sister Verna Cannaday (Lynn); his former life partner Elaine Neal; his stepchildren, Janice Villavaso (late Bryan) and Jimmy Wade Thomas (Rebecca Urquidez); his wife Barbara Emrick; and his sons, David Thomas (Brianna) and Allen Thomas (Tara). He is also survived by his family, friends.
