She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Phillips and Flora Rich Phillips; her husbands, Doyle Palmer and Paul Moake; and her brother Thomas Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Carey Palmer (Debroah) of Alto and James Doyle Palmer of Rusk; and her sister Betty Mayo of Leesville. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild as well as several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alto Missionary Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
