He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint LeRoy Davis and Thelma Blanche Davis (Trout); his siblings, Jerrel Davis, Bill Lauck, Boy Lee Davis, Gene Davis, Betty Lauck Landes and Bonnie Braker; his brothers-in-law, Leonard Braker, Jack, Wayne, Jr. (Butch) and Michael Kirkpatrick; and his father-in-law Wayne Kirkpatrick, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kirkpatrick Baldwin; his mother-in-law Darlene Kirkpatrick; his children, Jennifer Davis of Joplin, MO, Nellita Carter of Alvarado, TX and John Baldwin (Jennifer) of Burleson, TX; his granddaughters, Tabatha Bulin (Colten) of Alvarado, TX and Kyleigh Baldwin of Burleson, TX; his great grandchildren, Oaklyn and Forest Bulin of Alvarado, TX; his brother Gary Davis (Joy) of Conroe, TX; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Davis of Lamar and Kelly Kirkpatrick, Sr. of Lamar; Danny Werner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Daniel Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
