He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Hooper; his son Alan Hooper; his parents, Eddie Hooper and Ilah Hooper; and his siblings, Ruby Sanders, Allene Hooper and Marvin Hooper.
He is survived by: his daughter Rose Reed (Randy); his siblings, Deanna Baumgardner and James Hooper; his grandchildren, Lindsey Reed, Jared Reed (Brittany), Lauren Reed, Sydnie Hart, Christa Solle (Damon) and Scott Reed (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Christian Solle, Jonathan Solle and Makaia Hart Frederick.
