He was predeceased by: his mother Pauline Richards; his children, Bess Ann Richards and Robert "Brandon" Richards of Alvin, Texas; his father Robert B. Richards Sr.; and his brother Ronald Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Richards; and his grandchildren, James Seals of Alvin, Texas, Tyler Seals of Alvin, Texas, Sydnie Richards of Alvin, Texas and Blake Richards of Alvin, Texas. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and numerous other relatives and cherished friends.
