It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Jean Baggett of Alvin, Texas, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Barney Elam and Willie Elam; her husband Bennie "Joe" Baggett; and her siblings, Johnnie Lynn Swearengen and Dayton Elam.

She is survived by : her children, Beverly Richter (Paul Richter) of Brenham, Texas and Terry Baggett (Renee' Baggett) of Hockley, Texas.; her grandchildren, Michelle Gray (Robert "Buddy" Gray), Travis Baggett, Mathew Richter (Stephanie Richter) and Danny Richter (Kristen Richter); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor Gray (Nora), Jolene Gray (Joe), Bailey Richter, Cade Richter and Mark Paul Richter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
