He is survived by: his wife Guadalupe Gutierrez; his children, Debra Gutierrez McKinney (Lex), Danny Gutierrez, Christina Gutierrez Huerta, Felipe Gutierrez Jr., Sandra Gutierrez Ruiz (Chris), Darrell Gutierrez (Kristin) and Darrin Gutierrez; his sisters, Dora Gutierrez Rodriguez and Guadalupe Gutierrez Gonzales; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Balderaz (Nathan), Jerry McKinney (Danielle), Jeremy McKinney, Angelina McKinney, Sydney Gutierrez, Brooklyn Radford (Dalton), Kaitlyn Gutierrez, Christopher Huerta, Christian Huerta, Colin Huerta (Kayla), Gabriella Huerta-Aguilera (Eduardo), Caleb Huerta, Elaine Gutierrez, Erin Reed (Taylor), Felipe Gutierrez III, Zachary Gutierrez, Emily Gutierrez, Josh Gutierrez (Tiffany), Kristen Ruiz, Courtney Barrera (Jacob), Crystal Ruiz, Christopher Torres, Chessy Gutierrez, Chloe Gutierrez, Miya Gutierrez, Maddisyn Gutierrez, Darrellyn Gutierrez, Montana Moseley, Dylan Gutierrez and Frankie Gutierrez.
