He was predeceased by : his wife Jeanette Samples; and his parents, Arty Samples and Burdell Samples. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer McFarland (Duane), Teresa Boegler, Jeffery Samples, Michael Samples (Melissa) and Douglas Samples (Suzie); and his sister Beverly Wilkerson. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; along with numerous other extended family and friends.
