Gary Lee Ray Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ray and Beatrice Ray; his brother Wayne Ray; and his son-in-law Richard Galonek. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ray of Houston; his children, Tammy Galonek, Kathy McKeever (Mike), Leigh Kovalcik (Mitch) and Eddie Ray (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Misty Bounds, Steven Bounds (Ashley), Kerry Aguilar, Shane Anderson (Maisie), Matthew McKeever, Chris Kovalcik (Sarah), Austin Kovalcik (Katie), Slade Ray, Dagan Ray and Saxon Ray.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Westside Church of Christ (831 Heights Rd, Alvin, TX 77512).
