It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John David Pugh of Alvin, Texas, born in Evergreen, Alabama, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Allen Pugh and Agnes Pugh; his brother Donnie Pugh; and his brother-in-law Ed Stringer. He is survived by : his wife Karen Pugh; his children, Jeffrey Pugh, Rhonda Stokes (Gary), John Dale Pugh (Michelle) and Rachel Loren; his siblings, Betty Jean Janes (Larry), Peggy Stringer and Ronnie Pugh (Lisa); his sister-in-law Jaime Pugh; his grandchildren, Johnna (Destinee), Dakota, Gavin, Navada, Karen Loren Edie (Blake), Hazel, John Gabel and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Community Church (620 E House St, Alvin, TX 77511).
