He is survived by: his wife Judy Poorman; his son James Eugene Henry; and his grandchildren, Drew Henry, Haylee Henry, Tylor Poorman, Skylor Poorman, Shelby Poorman, Sierra Poorman and Tate Poorman, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
